India Thume | Writer & Researcher
Narrative non-fiction, speculative weird fiction, and deep-dive research. Writing from the friction between hard research and the uncanny.

Copywriting work for Ferro Design prize competition at the Latin American Design Awards. For the LAD Awards and various exhibitions, I served as a strategic translator, converting complex visual languages into high-quality written content for the professional design community. My practice in this field was defined by a deep mastery of design theory and narrative structure, allowing me to provide high-level creative direction that ensured every project spoke as clearly as it looked.
I specialized in articulating the aesthetic and functional philosophies of prominent design projects, authoring award submissions for Bitflow and Cafe Girondino that secured both national and international recognition. By developing the editorial voice for their flagship collections, I crafted prose that bridged the gap between abstract artistic intent and public reception.Story development for Crow's Requiem, an independent RPG conceptualized by Ex Ignorantia Publications.

On Crow’s Requiem, I served as the architect of the narrative and character ensemble, engineering the psychological depths and distinct linguistic 'voices' of the story’s antagonists. I authored the world-building foundations from the ground up, calibrating the specific emotional and aesthetic atmosphere to ensure total narrative immersion.

My role as creative dramaturg positioned me as the strategic bridge between production and the writing department, translating complex directorial feedback into high-level structural solutions. Throughout the process, I acted as the custodian of the story’s internal logic, ensuring every revision remained anchored in a rigorous thematic necessity.
